613A is a wonderful ground-floor apartment located at Moore Flats. The building was built in 1903 and has only been modified over the years to include a bathroom and fireplace damaged from the 1937 flood. All of the woodwork, pocket door and built-in Butler’s pantry are original to the apartment.

The apartment can sleep up to six people.

One bedroom includes a double bed.

The second bedroom has two twin chest beds and a daybed with a trundle.

The kitchen comes equipped with a retro Magic Chef stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils.

There is a four-piece bath.

Washer and Dryer on premises.



Rates are $95.00 a night for up to two people. $150.00 a night for 3-6 people. Rates include all taxes.

No smoking, no pets.

We are located in the Arts District of historic downtown Paducah, conveniently located on Highway 60. We are within walking distance of the Convention Center and area attractions.
